Ti Peachie dela Cruz Elsas is one of our dear Aunties who lives in Jacksonville. She is a relative of ours on our maternal grandmother's (Lola Onie Bagos Celestial) side. Lola Onie's sister, Lola Pentang Bagos married Lolo Enteng, who is a Dela Cruz.
She also went to the same high school, St. Paul's Paranaque, as our mother. Actually our Mom was nicknamed "Peachie" by her schoolmates who also took the transportation service coming from Kawit. By the time Ti Peachie dela Cruz began studying in St. Paul's, our Mom resumed her tertiary studies at the University of Santo Tomas College of Pharmacy. Eventually, Ti Peachie was likewise nicknamed "Peachie" also by the same townmates who knew both of them.
Anyway, she went home to the Philippines in November where she, along with all of her siblings, celebrated the 90th birthday of her mother, Lola Uding in Kawit.
